At Bike Bar we live for fun but there is a serious side to what we do. Bike Bar Group Pty Ltd takes the protection of its intellectual property rights seriously. All copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights subsisting in www.bikebar.fit (Site) and content in the Site, services, programs, brochures, flyers, products, text, graphic, photographs, videos, design elements, and all other materials originated or used by Bike Bar on the Site or elsewhere are reserved to Bike Bar Group Pty Ltd and where applicable, its licensors. Any such content may be displayed and printed solely for your personal, non-commercial use within your organisation only. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material to any third party without the express written consent of Bike Bar Group Pty Ltd. For the avoidance of doubt, cameras and video recorders are strictly prohibited in any Bike Bar studio without the express consent of Bike Bar Group Pty Ltd.

Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy is as follows: You are entitled to cancel a class booking up to 12 hours before the class is scheduled. You must cancel through your online account via the website. If you cancel after that deadline, you will be charged for that class. If you are on an unlimited membership, you will be charged a late-cancel or no-show fee of $10. This will automatically be applied to your account.
Refund Policy
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If you hate the experience, please let us know and we will discuss reimbursement.
Membership Contracts Policy
Class access:
Class types you can book into will depend on the type of membership you have purchased.
If you sign up to a Bike Bar 3 class membership, you can book into 3 classes per week on our studio schedule. Members on this contract will have 1 ride deducted from their account if you cancel within 10 hours of class or no-show to classes booked.
Members on the 7 ride membership will be charged a fee of $10 if you cancel within 10 hours of class or no-show to classes booked. All memberships will incur a $10 no-show fee.
Agreement: You agree to payment for the full term of the contract. You may cancel at anytime after the first 2 week billing cycle.
Billing: You are billed fortnightly by direct debit or credit card and payments will be recurring whilst your memberships are still active
Commencement Date: The membership starts on the day of purchase, not on first class booked
Exclusions: Excludes workshops and special events held at Bike Bar or at outside venues.
Suspending membership: You may suspend your membership for 2 weeks (if you’re going away) if you have ridden on any membership with Bike Bar for a period no less than 6 months by emailing hello@bikebar.fit . Please allow 2-3 days for processing.

Operations Policy
Every possible effort will be made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However the schedule is subject to change or cancellation without notice. We promise to make every effort to ensure this doesn’t happen!
If it does, we will refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason by us.
The door to the studio may be locked at the beginning of each class for safety and security. Late entry will not be permitted and we reserve the right to lock customers out of class if they arrive 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, with no refund.
We are is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings. We advise that you should store any belongings in the cubby-holes provided within the studio, at your own risk. Please don’t bring valuables to class!
We reserve the right to refuse entry at anytime and cancel memberships.
We do not allow any derogatory or abusive behaviour directed towards other customers or staff at our studio.

Liability and Indemnity Waiver
If you sign up to a class, workshop or consultation at Bike Bar, you agree to the following liability and indemnity clause:
I understand that Bike Bar classes include high intensity, physical movements. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. I agree to listen carefully and follow the instructor at all times, and to ask the instructor to clarify any direction if I do not understand. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.
PRIVACY POLICY
We take your privacy very important! Bike Bar adheres to the Federal Privacy Act, which encompasses 10 National Privacy Principles which govern the management of client’s health information.
The act specifies the management of health information and privacy in relation to collection, consent, use and disclosure, other purposes for use or disclosure of health information, mandatory reporting, legal proceedings, training and education, public health and safety, research and statistics, and transfer of information to another health service provider.
