Trying somewhere new can feel intimidating. We hear it all the time:
“What if I can’t keep up?”
“What if everyone else is fitter than me?”
The good news? Almost everyone who walks through our doors has had those same thoughts.
Your first class starts with one of our instructors helping you set up your bike correctly. We’ll adjust your seat and handlebars, explain how everything works and make sure you’re comfortable before the music even starts.
Once the ride begins, remember one thing—you are completely in control.
You choose your resistance. You decide how hard you work. If you need to slow down or take a breather, that’s absolutely okay.
Our instructors will motivate and guide you through the class, but there is never any pressure to be perfect. Every rider is on their own journey.
Expect great music, plenty of encouragement, a few laughs and an atmosphere that feels more like a concert than a traditional gym.
By the end of the ride you’ll probably be sweaty, smiling and wondering why you waited so long to give it a go.
The hardest part is walking through the door for the first time.
After that, we’ll take care of the rest.
